Local Resolutions
A local or state resolution is a formal statement that expresses a sentiment, requests an action, or makes internal rules. These do not become law.
Adoptees For Justice, led and supported by volunteers, works on passing local and state resolutions to educate communities and build national support for a legislative solution. Currently there are 12 local and state resolutions that support citizenship for adoptees.
